Candice is very friendly, helpful and professional. I cannot thank her enough for quickly addressing and resolving my problem (incidentally the issue was with the delivery firm Hermes rather than Clarks) I wish I had contacted Clarks Outlet sooner!Thanks again and Stay Safe :)

As a new customer I was offered a 10% discount on my first order via an on line code to be used at checkout, this didn’t work & I was charged the full amount, I emailed customer services & was sent a prompt response, explaining why this could have happened & refunding the 10% discount, the email was polite & courteous, I love my shoes & I love the customer service, will definitely be ordering again.

I had a problem with the amount I was charged online compared to the amount on the sticker on the shoe I received. I telephoned Clarks and the problem was solved within one e-mail correspondence. They were polite and professional throughout, a refreshing experience these days. Thank you.

After reporting a problem with a zip on boots I bought two months previously I received a full refund and apology, what more can you ask for!

My Clarkes slippers were too big so I sent them back for a refund, my refund went through and into my account 3 weeks later, I recieved an email saying so, in the small print it does say refunds can take 28 days, so be patient it will turn up eventually, dont worry.

Really really fed up. 5 emails sent to Clarks with no response. Eventually got through to Clarks customer services on the phone only to be told to ring a different number. I then rang the number given and a message says they aren’t taking calls at the moment!! Can’t message via Twitter either. What is going on??? I got a pair of boots from Clarks for Christmas which were faulty since day 1. So now I’ve got a pair of boots that can’t be worn and no reply from Clarks. Honestly this is appalling behaviour by a well established brand. I won’t buy from them again and will be telling everyone not to do so either. I will also be leaving this review elsewhere. I have been shopping with Clarks for nearly 30 years but no more.

I never received my Clarks shoes order, but thankfully Candice at Clarks customer care was amazing! Candice refunded my entire order (it couldn't be replaced unfortunately as the shoes were in the sale and no longer available). By way of an apology and as a gesture of goodwill, Candice also gave me a generous discount voucher off my next order, valid for 2 years. Candice is a breath of fresh air - cheerful, helpful and a credit to the company - hope she is rewarded for her refreshing, friendly and humorous approach. Thank you Candice!

Wrong sized shoes delivered. Able to return, despite not having a returns label, and good will voucher received. Candice at Customer services couldn’t have been more helpful, a credit to Clarks.

Ordered size 9 shoes. Box said size 9 but the shoes were size 8. Candice was very swift in sorting this error out and sent me a 25% discount code with free next day delivery.

The worth online website I 've ever used . Their customer services is shocking. If you don't chase anything you can wait for weeks ... never ever will I use them again even if prices are attractive

Unfortunately really bad customer service. Returned goods. Had to wait months for refund. No communication despite attempts to contact them.

Despite a few attempts to use a provided discount code and numerous calls to customer service to no avail, eventually I had a personal e-mail with an apology and a discount code that worked. Thanks to all concerned.

Ordered shoes online 23/7/20 paying through PayPal. Told that that now out of stock although advertised and money taken. Enquired days later that they had initiated refund on the 24th and to allow 3 to 5 working days.This is now the 8th of August and still no refund.Where this has happened with other companies the refund has been within 24 hours.On discussing with my wife it turned out she'd to wait weeks in the past for a refund which she'd received after many emails to them.I wouldn't like to think this was some kind of policy of theirs not to refund instantly.
